Today is the day. Today is the day. Today is, today is, today is the day! (Yeah. I’m singing it.)
Everyone celebrates Valentine’s Day today. Well, for those bitter people out there, maybe they’re celebrating their Independence Day. Nah. Just kidding. But Valentine’s Day is for everyone, whether you’re single or in a relationship. This event is for those who know how to love. It’s not necessarily pertaining to your boyfriends or girlfriends. This could be your friends, siblings, parents, leaders, everyone. As long as you know you love and care for them, it is enough reason for you to celebrate this very special day.
Okay now. Going on with my main point, love is the most…
There could be everything. It’s the hardest but happiest feeling a person could get. How irony right? It’s the only thing I could think of that is hard and happy at the same time. It’s wonderful to love. It’s amazing how you could feel so great for a person. And imagine that person loving you back. That would be one of the best feeling you could have. But in that case, which you are in a relationship, only when problems came would you feel the burden. I think the statement perfectly fits for those who secretly loves someone and could never be loved back by the same person they want. Being with that person they love, it would be so happy inside. But it hurts at the same time knowing that the happiness you feel will only stay in you and never share it with that person. It hurts to know that you’ll never have the person you love. That the only thing you could do is love him from faraway or only as a friend. And it would be harder if you yourself is the bridge between the person you love and the person he/she loves. Wouldn’t be that an awful feeling?
“True love is like a pair of socks: you gotta have two and they’ve gotta match.” But what if they’re not. Love thrills. Love hurts.
